  • What are the shipping options?
    We will send your order no later than 1 week since the order is confirmed, considering that we have to prepare everything as well as possible, from printing, framing to packaging and choosing the best shipping service to your address
  • What do I do if I received a defective order?
    We only send products that we have rechecked for quality before we send them, but if you receive a damaged product you can send it back to us and we will immediately replace it with a new one as soon as we receive the damaged product.
